Information required to match a pump to your specification -

  1. Home size - Single or double storey, number of bathrooms and household taps.
  2. Horizontal distance from water source to house and also the head distance ( vertical distance ), from water source to house. Also take into consideration if there is a head distance between the water source and the pump,( suction lift requirement of the pump ).
  3. Water Source - Water Tank, Dam, River, Lake, Underground Tank , etc ?
  4. Do you required this tank for outside watering as well as household requirements - how many taps, sprinkler system, what are the requirements ?
  5. Inside diameter of the pipe between water source and destination, (house / shed) ?

This unit is designed to keep the water running into your tank clean and free of debri. You won't miss out on any rainfall because you haven't clean your gutters or tank leaf basket inlet. This unit's design will divert the larger debri, leaves etc, down the slope and capture the clean rainwater into your tank. Position over your exisiting leaf basket inlet.

Flow Rates for Water Consumption calculations @ 140 kpa :-

Toilet Cistern = 6 litres minute

Shower = 15 Litres minute

Lawn Sprinkler = 15 litres minute

1/2 inch tap = 15 litres minute

3/4 inch tap = 45 litres minute
