Steel Modular Water Tanks - provide larger volumes of water storage at very economical prices. We supply to clients in domestic house and land packages, small acreage sub-divisions, farming, Horticultural Nurseries, Commercial / Industrial applications, Irrigation / Water treatment, and the National Solar Schools program.
Concrete Tank Refurbishment - we provide corrugated iron dome roofs and tank liners installed. Refer to the side menu for more.
Notes To Consider -
The most popular size tank we sell is the 107,000 litre tank. Remember these tanks are industrial quality tanks used in a domestic / rural setting. A note to remember our tanks survived the Black Saturday inferno at King Lake, our tanks survived where many didn't, reason being our superior components.
Most people when doing there costs revert to the 107,000 litre when they originally were looking at the 52,000 litre due to the economy of scale. For an additional $2,000 you can double the volume of water stored, hence the reason why this is our most popular tank size. The larger in size you go the less money that is spent for litres stored.
Compare these advantages -
-
1.0mm thick steel wall sheets compare to 0.6mm
-
Solid brass through wall fittings and steel ball-valves compared to pvc / plastic fittings. Ours won't melt.
-
Solid polyethylene liner, ( no laminating this is 0.75mm thick solid polyethylene material ), compared to a laminated liner with 3-4 layers. One of these layers is the water proofing element which is a thin, very thin film of polyethylene. Much like solid hardwood bench tops compared to laminated bench tops.
-
Roof gutter system no one else has this concept it is patented. 100 % of roof water is caught, not like the rain saver caps where the strainer element is continually blocking up, ( very hard to clean as well ), and these can only be positioned in the ends of a roof corrugated iron sheet. You are only catching water from 70 % of the roof area when they aren't blocked that is.
-
Down pipe tank inlet leaf divert. This is designed to deflect all larger particles, leaves and debris away from your leaf basket inlet. Great advantage no rubbish blocking your leaf basket inlet, less cleaning out required.
It's your decision, but research your products before purchasing. There is a dramatic difference between the brands out there in the market.

People do under estimate the amount of potential water they can actually catch from the roof area available to them. The larger storage volume you have available to you, the longer it will last you through those long dry hot summer periods. Added volume means added protection for you and your property in the long run.
-
Rainwater Potential Volume from Roof Area :- This Formula works out the potential volume of water you can harness from the roof area you have available to you.
-
For every m2 area of roof you have, 1 mm of rainfall = 1 litre of water in your tank.
-
Estimated Average Roof Area for homes today = 350 m2 x annual rainfall in you location, eg. 600mm = 210,000 litres of water per annum.
These water tanks are the most economical water storage solution for volumes starting from 50,000 litres through to 272,000 litres. These tanks look good are very strong and durable and are 2.3 m high. These tanks do provide the best economy, comparing money spent for the litres stored. They have a 20 year warranty. Access requirements to assemble these tanks on site aren't dramatic at all, each wall panel and component can be walked through a side entry pedestrian gate if required to assemble the tank on site. This is a definite advantage. These tanks can be installed in suburban houses, established inner city suburbs, as well as rural properties. In suburbia we have installed many of these tank due to access restrictions. We can build them by walking all components into the rear of the property without any need for crane hire or removal of existing infrastructure. Fantastic savings and offering more water volume than other tank solutions.
